Meet Mary! From the first consultation with Mary and her mom, Mimmie, we knew we were going to have some fun. Mary was far more excited to be having her Senior pictures taken, than her mom was. See, Mary is the baby, and I don’t think Mimmie is quite ready for her last child to be a Senior. Their bond is strong! When we have our reveal session, and the clients are watching their slideshow, I watch them out of the corner of my eye to see their reactions as the pictures pop up on the screen. I don’t think Mimmie moved. She had a look of pure love and pride the whole time. Made my heart warm!
Mary has a smile that will melt your heart. She also has incredibly long hair, which was fun to work with! She was a total pro in front of the camera. We had a great time working our way through the different sets and outfits. Mary was our first to wear one of our long flowing tulle skirts. We had her sitting on the top of the back of the couch, with her feet on the seat cushions, the gown covering most of the couch itself. I remember how she lit up when I showed her the back of the camera after one of the shots below. She loved it!
Mary has had a busy year. She was a varsity co-captain cheerleader for the TomCats! Tammy and I sat with Mimmie during one of the games toward the end of the season. The TomCats may not have won that game, but it wasn’t for lack of the cheer squad. It was wonderful to see Mary in her element, with her friends. Mary is also quite involved in FFA. She was on the club officers, and, from what I can gather; she was pretty good at showing her pig!
Mary is one of the faces of David Hamrick Photography, and we couldn’t be happier that she and Mimmie chose us to take her senior pictures. We want to wish Mary the very best in all her endeavors after she
